James L. Marketos specializes in corporate litigation. His practice encompasses the litigation of complex corporate torts, contract breaches, insurance claims, frauds, creditors' rights, government contracting disputes, and real estate conflicts. Experienced as lead counsel in both trial and appellate cases, he represents clients in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Marketos is a co-author of the D.C. Circuit chapter in the American Bar Association's ERISA Survey of Federal Circuits. He is also named as District of Columbia Counsel in Res Loquitor's Select List of Law Firms for the Defense of Life, Health and Disability Insurance.
